I ordered a few sauces from Patak's and the whole thing was kind of frustrating. I got the confirmation email right away, but after that I couldn’t tell what was going on. A few days went by, or maybe closer to a week, and the shipping info still hadn’t really updated. I reached out to customer service, but their reply took longer than I expected too. When the order finally showed up, one of the jars had leaked a little inside the box. The sauces are good, but dealing with the online order wasn’t really worth it. Next time I’ll just grab them in a store.

I’ve been using these recipes for quick weeknight dinners, and they’re useful. The only thing is, I wish there were more tips on spices and seasoning, because my first attempt came out a little bland, and I’m definitely blaming the recipe for not warning me to go heavier on the flavor.

I ordered from pataksusa.com and the products themselves were totally fine. No complaints there, everything showed up as expected.
The shipping was kinda slower than I thought it would be, though. It took a few extra days, and the tracking didn’t really update much for a while, which was a little annoying.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest either. I’d probably order again, but only if I’m not in a hurry

I was so relieved after trying this. The spices actually taste real and full, not watered down like so many others I’ve had. It really reminded me of the curries I grew up eating

I was looking through Patak’s sauces for allergy info, most of it was clear. The ingredients and allergen notes weren’t hard to spot, which I appreciated because I didn’t want to waste ages clicking around. That said, I do wish every product page was laid out the same way, it got a bit annoying having to check each one differently. Still, it gave me enough info to decide what to buy.

I’ll say that the customer service team was friendly and did eventually help me out. That said, it took a few days to hear back, which was a little frustrating while I was waiting. Once they responded, though, the help was decent and they were able to answer my questions.

I’ve bought Patak’s sauces and pastes quite a few times, and my sister and I usually like using them for quick dinners. But lately, every jar seems different. One will be thick and really flavorful, then the next one is watery and kind of bland. It’s frustrating when you’re making dinner and expecting the same taste, but it turns out completely different. Not sure what changed, but I’m not in a rush to buy it again.

I ordered from pataksusa.com because I wanted curry sauces that actually had flavor, just not the kind of heat that takes over the whole meal. These were right where I hoped they’d be, warm, tasty, and flavorful, but I could still taste everything else on the plate, which is kind of the point...
My family is all over the place with spicy food, and everyone was fine with it, even my husband who usually starts complaining fast. Shipping was normal, everything showed up packed well, and I can definitely see myself ordering again for easy weeknight dinners when I don’t feel like doing too much.....

My order showed up fast, which I appreciated, but two of the items weren’t the ones I picked and one jar was missing completely. Support did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. It was frustrating because I had planned meals around those items, so overall I just felt a bit let down.

Overall it’s okay, but I really wish the allergen and dietary info was clearer. It shouldn’t take that much effort to figure out what’s safe to eat. Not trying to be difficult, but this could definitely be laid out better.

I’ve been using Patak’s jars for years, so I already felt confident ordering from them!!! The website was easy enough to use and my order arrived fine, no issues there!!! I just wish the tracking had updated a bit quicker, but overall it was a good experience!!!

I’m sure I’ve checked everywhere nearby at this point. The site says to check stores, but none of the ones around me ever seem to have it in stock. I even went to two different places and both were out. Kind of frustrating, honestly

I felt a bit embarrassed after realizing it arrived with only about two months left before the expiry date. I probably should’ve checked right away, but I expected it to have a longer shelf life.

It tasted okay, but I couldn’t help feeling like the ingredients were low quality. It’s not something I’d be excited to buy again.

I’m a fan of Patak’s stuff, but the website selection is kind of a joke. I was hoping to find more sauces and spice mixes, but it felt super limited. A few things I’ve definitely seen in stores weren’t even on there, which was annoying as hell. Bit of a letdown, not gonna lie...

My order got here when it was supposed to, so no complaints there. But one of the jars was a little sticky, and the box barely had any padding inside. Thankfully nothing broke, but for glass items I really expected them to be packed more carefully. Overall, it was okay, but I’d be a little hesitant to order glass again unless the packaging improves.

I ordered a few jars from Patak's, and the prices felt fair for things I actually use a lot. The jars are a solid size too — I thought I’d go through them fast, but one jar stretches across more meals than I expected.

Shipping wasn’t bad either, which makes it easier to justify. For the flavor and how many dinners I can get out of each jar, it feels worth stocking up a little, because I’d be annoyed if I had to pay more somewhere else or ran out when I actually needed it.

The flavors are good overall, and it definitely works when I need something quick. That said, some of the sauces taste really salty to me, and nutritionally it doesn’t feel like there’s a ton of protein or fiber. I also felt a little unsure after paying, like I wasn’t totally confident about what I’d just bought. I’d eat it once in a while, but probably not as an everyday meal.

I actually really liked the texture of this sauce, it’s thick but still smooth, just the way I hoped it would be
